The following Terms of Service (herein, “Terms”) outline the relationship between JustEarn and you (herein, “The Client”). In accessing and using our website, along with any of the services we provide, you unequivocally give your full consent to acceptable of these Terms and agree that you are bound in law to them. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this website, or the services provided by JustEarn.

Please note that JustEarn reserves the right to add, amend or delete parts of these Terms without prior notice to The Client, and in continuing to use our services you agree to any changes made. This page serves as the most up to date version of our URL and takes precedent over any other version.

Service Description

JustEarn provides a service whereby we allow Clients to complete offers from third party offer walls in exchange for "Points" that the Client can exchange for real world currency in the form of various rewards.

Please note that JustEarn does not own the offer walls embedded into our website, therefore have no control over whether or not you get credited "Points".

Terms of Usage

Any Client who uses our website agrees to abide by the following:

• You must be over the age of 18 to register an account or 13+ with parental permission. A user between the ages of 13 to 18 certifies that a parent has given permission before signing up.
• You must provide JustEarn with legitimate information during all stages.
• You must not create more than one account per household, as having multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and all points forfeited.
• You must not use any software to change IP address during using JustEarn, such as proxy or a VPN service.
• You must not use JustEarn in any way that can cause damage to JustEarn or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• You must not use this website to send any sort of commercial communications.
• You must not impersonate any other person, including but not limited to, a customer, supplier, staff, or any persons associated with JustEarn.
• You must not use this website for any purposes related to marketing without the permission of JustEarn.GG.
• You must not use this website to publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keylogger, rootkit, or other malicious software.
• JustEarn may disable or edit the Client's account at JustEarn's sole discretion without notice or explanation.
• JustEarn may withhold your withdrawal request for any given period.
• JustEarn may withhold your completed offer or survey for any given period.
• JustEarn may remove any points from your account if found to have breached our Terms of Service.
• JustEarn may remove your account from our database due to inactivity. Inactivity is defined as an account which has not earned any points in over 12 months.
• Account balance (Points) may not be transferred, exchanged, sold, or otherwise change ownership under any circumstances, except by JustEarn.
• Account balance (Points) can only be used on the JustEarn website - they have no monetary value.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. JustEarn makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website. JustEarn does not warrant that:

• JustEarn will be constantly available, or available at all.
• The information on JustEarn is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.

Whilst we do pride ourselves on the quality of our service, we do not provide any sort of guarantee regarding the availability of all features on JustEarn. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Offers available in the Clients region.
• Having available stock at the time of request.
• Site uptime at any given time.
• Support team response time.

Furthermore, use of JustEarn means that you agree to indemnify JustEarn from all consequences that result from your actions. You are solely responsible for any data losses or damage to your computer system, or other consequences that follow from use of our website.

Deleting account

Any Client has the option to delete their account if the following conditions are met:

• You do not have any active raffle entries associated with your account.
• Your account balance is not negative.

Once these conditions are met, you will be able to initiate the account deletion process on your own. If you are not in compliance with the requirements above, you will have to contact JustEarn support.

• Any other form of damages sought after through use of our website.
